Service Description

MenuTV is a private menu change request management portal operated by Digitize TV, a brand of AdTraffick.com Inc. The platform enables authorized restaurant clients to submit voice-based change requests for their digital menu boards.

Access

Access to MenuTV is by invitation only and is restricted to authorized restaurant clients of Digitize TV. Unauthorized access is prohibited. Account credentials must not be shared with third parties.

Acceptable Use

Users may only submit legitimate menu change requests through the platform. The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform or its other users.

Service Availability

We strive to keep MenuTV available at all times but make no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

Limitation of Liability

AdTraffick.com Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use MenuTV, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
