How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used solely to process and fulfill menu change requests for MenuTV clients. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Voice Recordings

Voice recordings are transmitted to OpenAI Whisper for transcription. Once transcribed, the resulting text is stored in our database to document your menu change request. Raw audio files are not retained after transcription is complete.

• Database: Supabase, hosted in the United States
• Hosting: Vercel, hosted in the United States

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI Whisper — voice-to-text transcription
• OneSignal — push notifications
• Twilio — SMS notifications

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will respond to all data deletion requests within 30 days.
